How can I control how many tickets are sold and how much I have collected from this sale?
With using your account you can login to Biletino event management platform and access the sales reports and other details anytime and instantly.
Is Biletino a secure platform to work with?
Biletino is a trade mark of TAGLON Technology A.Ş. which is licenced by Turkish Trade Authority. Biletino works with the market leader banks and their online payment solutions such as mastercard, Isbank, Garanti Bank. Also Biletino uses the payment infrastructure of 3D Secure payment methods to protect the system from fraud transactions.
How can I process the amount of the ticket sales?
In our terms and services aggreement the payment process has defined clearly for all of our partners. Biletino collects the ticket sales and protects them as advanced payment for event organizers in a pool account. After the 5th day of the event finishes and if all the circumstances are proper, Biletino will transfer the amount of the ticket sales deducting the commissions and other services to event organizers bank account.
